JACO BEACH
Jaco beach is one of the top ten beaches of Costa Rica. Located south of Puntarenas and north of Manuel Antonio, it is a paradise for surfers and layback people, who want to enjoy the raucous beach time ambiance of this town. It is also the begin point to visit some other places around, such as Playa Hermosa, located 3 km from Jaco Downtown. It is also a town to party, night life is amazing, with many bars and restaurants. Jaco is famous because of its beach, great waves and lots of sun.
MANUEL ANTONIO BEACH
Manuel Antonio is located 7 km from Quepos, and it is a town around the Manuel Antonio National Park. The park has longs strands of magnificent white sand, border by jungle on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other side. The beaches are clear and beautiful, a true paradise. Visitors can appreciate tall cliffs convered by lushy jungles. It is one of the very few places in Costa Rica where the primary forest comes directly to the shore. Since Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the most visited parks in Costa Rica, they have a maximum of 600 visitors a day on weekdays and 800 people a day on weekends, in order to preserve the beautiful ecosystem. For those people who are interested in biodiversity and fauna, in Manuel Antonio National Park visitors can find sloth, iguanas, monkeys, among many others.Manuel Antonio has a lot to offer canopy, white water rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, Catamaran Charters, Dolphins Tours, Surfing, Snorkeling, Diving, Deep -Sea Fishing, Magrove Boat Tours, Butterflies Garden and Frogs & Reptil refugie.
BAHIA DRAKE
The Osa Peninsula is a rain forest located in the Southern Pacific region of Costa Rica. Bahia Drake is located in the north west of Osa Peninsula and its name comes from the famous pirate Sir Francis Drake. National Geographic Magazine once described as one of the most biologically diverse places on earth. Close to Bahia Drake is the amazing Corcovado National Park and Caño Island, two of Costa Rica's most beautiful protected areas. Its reputation comes due to the abundance of tropical plants, mammals, insects and over 350 species of birds. Besides that, no other region in Costa Rica offers visitors a more virgin environment. You can get to Drake Bay by water, navigating the river Sierpe. Among the activities to enjoy in the area are beach enjoyment and marine resources, such as whales and dolphins observation, as well as mangrove swamps, landscapes, reptilian, sport fishing, surfing, hiking through the National Park’s paths, professional diving; also visiting the Humedal Sierpe Terraba, the Isla del Caño Bilogical Reserve, and Corcovado National Park. Bahia Drake has a highly scenic rocky areas and coves.
