From the moment we arrived we were happy we'd made this choice. We sat down with Hernan, who took the time to find out exactly what we wanted to do and helped us find the best schedule to do it, then booked it for us. The first night he took us to his friends restaurant where we had a magnificent meal (check it out if you can, Attica). I cant say enough good things about the hostel, or Hernan; if I could return to La Fortuna, I would do it in a heartbeat, and Jardines Arenal is where we'd stay
