My gratitude to Britannia Hotel staff mainly to the ladies who are in the reception and concierge areas; they are well educated, gentle manners and well informed to guide and inform guesses about Costa Rica, they put Costa Rican people in a high scale. The restaurant staff made me feel at home with a great deal of efficiency and kindness. The hotel accommodations are confortable, quiet, clean and fresh at all times, I felt at home. If I return I will stay here again, I recommend this hotel.
